Winter Percussion is an extracurricular ensemble at Ponderosa, open to any students who wish to play a percussion instrument. The PHS Winter Percussion Ensemble has a long history of excellence and has been RMPA State Finalists numerous times. Winter Percussion won 1st Place in the 2019 RMPA State Competition and 2nd Place at the 2002 National Championship.
